  1. Hahnemann’s centre of excellence having its registered office at BDA, Chandrasekhar pur, Bhubaneswar – 751016 (hereinafter referred to as “HCE”, “WE”, “US” or “OUR”) provides homoeopathic online classes, doubt clearing sessions, offline classes, recorded videos, live demo classes and conducts online test series & mock test series for students seeking  to appear for various homoeopathic entrance tests in India. These courses (the “services”) are available at homoeopathycoaching.com and any other websites (or “sites”) through which HCE makes the services available.
  2. By accessing or using the site or services or by posting or downloading any content on/from the site, you would be agreeing that you have read, understood and agreed by the terms & conditions of the site to receive our services.
  3. Please read the Terms and conditions of the Company with respect to registration with us, the use of the Website and Services carefully before using the Website or Services. In the event of any discrepancy between our Terms and any other policies with respect to the Website or Services, the provisions of the Terms shall prevail.
  4. Our HR department shall undertake all reasonable efforts to resolve your grievances at the earliest possible opportunity.
  5. When you contact us or send us an email or other communication to us, we may retain/keep record of those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your queries and improve our Services.
  6. As we evolve, our privacy policy will need to evolve with the time. You are always advised to read and review our Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all the changes.
  7. In addition, we also collect other relevant (general/personal) information as per the permissions that you provide. We use an outside payment processing gateway Razorpay to bill you for services. These companies do not retain, store, share or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
  8. All users interested in enrolling in paid courses on HCE must pay via Razorpay. Users must have to provide relevant information in order to process a payment.
  9. We always try to make all best endeavors to provide you with a pleasant experience. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our service/s or you face any issues, please contact us at info@homoeopathycoaching.com.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Users found to be in violation of the Hahnemann’s Centre of Excellence (or www.homoeopahycoaching.com) Code of Conduct, Terms of Use, or Privacy Policy may be removed from the services/courses and will not be eligible to get any refund. Refund requests based on partial access/not accessing services after registration in a HCE‘s any course/s will be denied.
  2. In order to qualify for a refund, users must not have completed/accessed more than 10% of the course modules or content. Users may drop the course by applying for a refund within 48 hours of the registration. Qualified refund/cancellation requests may take up to 30 days to process.
