1.   Dairy Products

 

When you are pregnant, your body needs extra proteins and calcium for keeping your growing foetus healthy. Intake of one glass of milk,  ghee, paneer and yoghurt like dairy products can take care of that extra requirement of calcium and proteins during pregnancy to keep the unborn baby healthy.     

2.        Lentils

Lentils are one of the most used vegetable dishes (Dal) in India. Since Lentils are rich in B vitamin folate (folic acid), protein, fiber  & iron like nutrients, it helps form the unborn baby’s brain and nervous system besides keeping your digestive system super smooth to keep pregnancy-related constipation at bay.

3.       Sweet Potatoes

    One more important thing is blood sugar control during pregnancy, balance of proteins and carbohydrates.All above 10 diets very needy to a pregnant woman.Eating of legumes is also very important in a pregnancy diet chart it help to reduce any neural problems and control LBW baby.
